We are keen to recruit people to join our outstanding, supportive team, you do not need experience or qualifications, we are happy to support you with full training, mentoring, regular 1:1 supervision to give you all the tools you need to be an excellent Care Assistant in the community!
No two days are the same in community care, our Care Assistants provide a high level of personal, physical and emotional care to enable our clients to maintain an independent life, safely at home.
